New owners 3 years back. Staff were friendly, competitive prices. Good advice, I just needed an outboard gas tank. They explained that I just needed to install the old valve.
I posted a recent review of my experience with this company, I'm happy to add. that today I got the parts that I ordered from the Suzuki dealership. I don't believe I'll be back due to the length of time I took for the service.
I have an Suzuki ATV that I bought new from another dealership, and it needed a service done, this place is an hour and a half away from me, it's the closest Suzuki dealership so I took mine to them for the first time, 3 weeks to get through to them on the phone, and another 3 weeks to do a service on the ATV, nobody around when I got there, so I waited over a half hour to talk to someone. The Northland team was able to quickly diagnose our Outboard engine issue, fix and resolve in a timely manner during peak busy season. The marina is also well stock on parts and accessories in the showroom. Thanks for getting our family back on the water!
I was having problems with my boat for the past year and had two different mechanics look at it but neither could not find the source of the trouble. However my third attempt at a repair was with Northland and their technician, Lucas, was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem and got everything working as it should. I found him to be very knowledgeable, capable and a pleasure to deal with! Thank you to Kim as well for all her help in getting this done!
