We recently received a home inspection by this individual which by anyone who has read it is absolutely the most ridiculous document ever produced. With one exception the list of items documented talked about what may or could or might be issues rather than what is fact as evidenced by knowledgeable and objective professionals. Jake was Johnnie-on-the-spot, fitting the inspection in with my goofy schedule and a short time-frame. He was thorough, and I'm enough of an amateur fixer-upper that his assessment rang true to me. Worked steadily and thoroughly, and well into the evening to get the job done. Very pleased with his service and professional, friendly persona.

Jake was wonderful and incredibly efficient, given that we were on a deadline. He took the time to answer all our questions, and offered explanations for all the things he was seeing that he felt needed to be addressed. He also gave us a long list of contractors in the area who he trusts, which will be very helpful going forward. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. :)

Jake is a true professional. He arrived on time and was very thorough and detailed in his inspection of Peter's house here in Winslow. I highly recommend him when you are needing an inspection as he will get the job done.
