Northland Heights Senior Living is a beautiful place! It's very clean with a bright atmosphere. They're protective of their residents. When you walk in, you're required to wear a mask . The residents are treated with wonderful and considerate care. The employees are so friendly, helpful, & joyful! They have great entertainment! I would recommend Northland Heights Senior Living to anyone who has a special loved one in need of special attention and care!!
Northland Heights has been absolutely fantastic to work with. The care my mother received is outstanding. She is treated like a family member with respect and love. They help her live with dignity and self pride. She is never shamed for her behavior. I am always greeted by someone who is cheerful and upbeat and willing to help me with any need that may arise. The support the staff had provided me is beyond my expectations. I have nothing but rave reviews for Northland Heights.
We visited Northland Heights Senior Living to sing some songs with some of the residents there, and we had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and cooperative, and the residents were a dream.
