I used to be a customer of Northland General Dentistry. I must say that I really enjoyed the staff until the account manager changed. Once they got a new account manager everytime me or my kids would go in it seemed as if I had a bill for something. The thing is my cleanings are covered at 100%, but someone took an x ray that is only covered once a year so I was charged. Over a course more and more things were getting charged.
