When my girlfriend came in for an abortion they collected the office fee twice when they suddenly changed the type of procedure she was expecting turning her into a two day procedure she had questions she had asked the doctor after hearing from the front desk associates, which informed her and had led her to believe she was welcome to ask the doctor any questions if she was concerned about this new procedure and what to expect. This was the hardest decision I’ve ever made, they were kind and offer financial assistance. I felt cared for and empathized with. I love them. I was able to have a telehealth appointment and was very grateful for all their help.
Staff was rude when I asked how does the process work was uncomfortable in the waiting area no compassion staff was not nice called the 1800 number and still no help
Hello my name is Tanisha Cristle, I went here recently and when I say they’re all so wholesome and very friendly. I loved my appointment from start to finish and they got me in and out. I recommend anyone needing any type of family planning done to run don’t walk to them. I just love this office group of ladies including my doctor as well. She spoke life over me the whole process. I had an appointment at this clinic recently and I wanted to come on here and give them praise. Everyone in this clinic made me feel comfortable and safe, from the kind nurses/medical assistants to the kind clinic escorts and security guards outside. There was a lot of questions, paperwork, and scans before the procedure.
