Amazing staff , I felt extremely comfortable however the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I was scheduled at 8:35am , even got there five minutes early . Lots of people were already in the waiting room and I wasn’t finished until 6 hours later I’m not sure why I had to come at 8:35 in the morning if I wasn’t going to be seen right at 8:35! After a horrible experience with the Southfield location AND the rude call center, I was transferred to this location and everything was incredible. Dr. Burton and her staff were so kind and amazing I truly wish I had just come to this location instead. Even though the wait was long the women were so nice and patient. Brianne (sp?) thank you so much for giving me comfort. ❤️
The manager Jackie is horrible I would not go back ever she will put your business out there and not do things privately and upper management does not care if your business gets put out there either ! Highly do not recommend!
The doctor who preformed my service lacked compassion. Made my experience very uncomfortable (which it was already a hard choice to make). Very rude. Definitely do not recommend letting the Dr who performed my service, do any other procedures on me! Had i known, i most likely would've gone elsewhere. If I could rate her a 0.... TRUST ME, I WOULD!
