Came as a new patient this month. Very good experience at first visit with the eye exam and doctor. But that was over 2 weeks ago and I had heard nothing about the trial contacts that were ordered for me. So I call this week and am told everyone is at lunch and someone would call me back, and that was days ago and still no word now going into 3 weeks since exam. I got the eye exam because I need contacts!
