RecommendedTony is the best landlord one could hope for. He is vary understanding, and has never given me a single problem. I maintain my own home (as someone should when buying a home), and my yard. I love living here.

Owner never answer's the phone when you call during business hours and when you try to stop in he is never around. The trailers all need outside work done and some need repairs done on the inside to bring them up to code. Owner will put you in a trailer and then if he finds another person that is interested will give you two days to move to a different trailer.
