RecommendedJoe, Jay, Jeremy and everyone else I dealt with in purchasing my new western V plow was a absolute pleasure to deal with. These days when even a basic level of customer service is almost impossible to find, it was refreshing to be treated so well at Northland. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them!!!
Talked to Adam in parts department on 4 different days, provided pictures of what I was looking for (Hydraulic hose and 2 harnesses, pretty simple stuff). After this and no resolution, I found what I needed within 5 minutes by contacting another dealer. I will not recommend Northland Equipment to anyone which is a shame to say about a local business.
Called 3 weeks ago for an estimate on a b&w hitch at lunch and left a message. Heard nothing and tried again left a message again. I really heard good things about this company and tried to give them business but they had no time of day for me. Ended up getting one installed somewhere else.
Stopped in needing a couple parts for a tonneau cover. Guys could not have been more helpful! So glad I could shop local!! Thank you!

This place has great mechanics who are very knowledgable in their craft. I would recommend anyone to get their equipment fixed here. Great job done right.
These people rock! Bought a service body that had a tommy gate on it. Found them and they had the bumper and tailgate I needed. Picked them up went to a friend's to take off tommy n install others, we couldn't get the tommy gate off. Called them up asked how soon can you all get this done, did it that day while I waited! Did a wonderful job! From helping with products to last minute install these guys rocked! Big thanks to Carl who spear headed both trips! Highly recommend these guys!
Everyone at Northland is great to work with. They do what they say they will do. They are real team players!
