I’ve never conducted business with them, but they consistently fail to cover or tarp their loads, regardless of the cargo or the amount in their trucks. In Minnesota, this practice is against the law. According to Minnesota Statute 169.81 Subd 5/5b, drivers transporting sand, gravel, aggregate, dirt, lime rock, silica, or similar materials must securely cover their vehicle’s cargo compartment.
