Horrible Customer Service. They came to fix my ac and needed to come back the next day to refix what should have been fixed the first time. I made an appointment for 10-4 window and no one ever showed. I finally got a rescheduled appointment for the Monday before of a holiday weekend from 10-4 and again, no one showed up. I’ve been waiting for two hours to get a call back and no one seems to care. I’m now having to call my insurance company to get a new company to come fix what was started. Beware of this company. They were hired to replace an AC unit compressor that was still covered under warranty. They were unable to start at the scheduled time due to rain but still charged a full day of labor (almost $1000). When the bill was questioned the owner stated that he could not be held responsible for his techs billing. If you want professional, reliable service go anywhere else!
Had a new RunTru gas furnace installed end of April 2024. The install crew was fast, efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable Highly recommended and will definitely be using them again for my central air upgrade. Steve was great as was the install crew.
