After being lied to my face for two years and told by my therapist that my copays were waived, turns out they’re not and the clinic refused to waive them, leaving me with a $700+ bill that I didn’t receive until over a year after the posted service. Was told she would fix the problem, of course never did. Their billing department is messed up and will send you charges for things that make no sense. Totally disorganized.
