I took my Jeep in for a repair that took four visits to fix, on the second visit I was charged $520.74 for a repair that didn't fix the problem when I returned the fourth time they charged me $345.54 additional which finally fixed the problem. I keep calling explaining the situation to different managers who keep taking my number and no one is returning my calls I want a refund for the ************ that didn't fix the problem.
Scam ** out of warranty found out we didn't have a warranty when car went in for service which the extended warranty was included in our contract at signing
Northland doesn't respond to e-mails. I e-mailed them days ago and still do not have an answer to my question. If Northland doesn't want customers, why not just say so?
