I was given a fair price for the work that needed to be done. Everyone was very professional and nobody tried to sell me something I didn't need. I love how transparent everything was regarding communication.
Responsive and kind! Very fair prices, use them for all of my family cars! Update - they still continue to knock it out of the park for customer service! Got my truck in quickly for a vacation that I needed it for! Logan saved the day!
Highest marks for Northland Automotive! Exceptional customer service from Adam. You can tell he clearly cares about his customers and ensuring they get the best experience possible. They made the process for getting new tires extremely easy. Pricing was transparent and fair. Communication the whole way. We will gladly be repeat customers here!
I went in for an oil change, easy to schedule and my wait was not long at all. The men at the counter were very friendly. Definitely would go again.
Won’t go anywhere else 👌
