Be carefull when dealing with Northland. Granted they have a pretty nice showroom and selection of cars, which puts your mind at ease that you are not dealing with some bottom feeders. But I should have left the property 15 minutes after I showed up. Never in my life have I ever had a salesman not introduce himself or try to shake my hand. Even the next day when we closed the deal he never told me name. Had to assume RLH was his name from the business card on his desk. i have bought 2 vehicles from northland and have had excellent results . The cars ive bought i have not had any problems with. I will only buy a used vehicle from this location Everyone is very nice not pushy and very honest.The service dept also is very high on my list will only take my vehicle to them for maintenance repairs very nice staff and very helpful as well. The Sales staff is great, very helpful, not pushy at all! Repair shop not so great. very dissapointed with them.
