Communication was horrible. I’m requesting more pictures of a vehicle as I don’t live in the same town as this dealer. But they just kept on delaying the pictures and never got it to me. Took over a week and still nothing was sent to me! Here’s our conversation
I was having issues with my Jeep making a knocking noise and rattling. Randy worked on it in a timely manner. After I got it back, I could still hear the knocking noise. Randy gladly took my Jeep back that same day. He even let me test drive it with him to show him the noise. He had it fixed the next day! They truly listen to their customers and have customer satisfaction one of their top priorities!
Go above and beyond for customer! These are some honest people! Highly recommend this dealer!
