⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience with Northland Auto & Marine of Emmetsburg! Tony Grandgenett and the entire team were friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with from start to finish. The communication, professionalism, and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. You can tell they truly care about their customers and want to make sure you leave happy. I paid for this vehicle in full and within a very short time of getting it home it started dumping radiator fluid. The vehicle clearly has a cooling system issue that was not disclosed before the sale. The battery also won’t hold a charge, so now I’m dealing with multiple problems immediately after purchasing it. I got in a rollover accident and Northland was the nearest rental place. I called and spoke to Tony at first and he was so kind and helped me with directions on getting them the information about the insurance policies to them. I got everything over but hadn’t had a claim number from the at fault party yet, and i called back and spoke with Felicia, she helped me out so much and even offered to help me start the claim with the insurance company so I could get into a car today.
