I got in a rollover accident and Northland was the nearest rental place. I called and spoke to Tony at first and he was so kind and helped me with directions on getting them the information about the insurance policies to them. I got everything over but hadn’t had a claim number from the at fault party yet, and i called back and spoke with Felicia, she helped me out so much and even offered to help me start the claim with the insurance company so I could get into a car today.
