They could improve literally everything. I have had nothing but issues with Northland for well over a year. I have to call them like every other week at least to get my card turned back on or get my account unlocked even though I use it in the exact same places all the time. and then when I do want my account to stop something weird they give me a hassle about it.
NOT GOOD AT ALL......... TRIED TO USE MY DEBIT CARD TWICE IN ONE DAY AND THE SECOND TIME IT WOULD NOT WORK!!! WTH? CAME HOME CHECKED MY ACCOUNT TO SEE THAT THE MONEY IS THERE.... TIME TO MOVE ON...
