Their online banking very easy to do. If you need to call them, they can assist you with all your questions that you may have. Thank you for your great employees that you have.
Horrible hours and don’t care about us who support them in Glennie!! Now no atm might as well pull out. Service is horrible wait a half hour to cash one stupid check!!!
I just found out that the ATM will be removed from the Glennie Branch on 1-20-2020. They are only open 10-3 m-f, so if you have a job and can't get to them in those short hours at least you could use the ATM. Time to look for a different bank, one that thinks of the members first not a big new headquarters in Alpena.
They ruined the Glennie branch with their 10 to 3 hours and will soon be removing the ATM.

They are OK to take your deposits, otherwise, not customer focused.
A financial institution that hates the employed. Open in Glennie ten to three and closed on Saturday. Sitting in line at the Hale office on Saturday morning because I am cursed with having a real job and a business. Nothing better to do while waiting in line for a half hour at your “ Real “ location than to share it
I wouldn't go anywhere else :)
