Ok 1 of the worst appts I have ever lived in. the place being flooded with German cockroaches was tolerable hah! 1 of The maintenance worker & office worker was so hostile & crooked. We got wrongfully evicted by something we didn't do saying that we sold, did drugs & vandalized the property that's bogus. The only things we did was play ding dong ditch & with nerf guns nothing worse. We were teenagers back then. FYI our new place is much better than this. We stayed with friends & family.
Living here has gone downhill as far as repairs and land scaping. Really looks slumy. It's very depressing to live here.
Through many changes in the management, Britney is doing an amazing job with documentation and accounting.
The higher management need to pay attention to some racism going on plus some other negative points. 1. Communicating: It looks like management isn't getting the word out clearly and on time about important things like maintenance plans, policy changes, and community events. Better ways to talk to tenants, like sending out regular newsletters or email updates, would help keep them aware.
