I had two experiences with Northland when they were the emergency in call vet for the weekend. Both times they were less than helpful and it seemed like we were bothering them. What made it ironic was that they were are main veterinarian. I am no longer a client there for that reason.
Genuinely saved my birds life today. Got me in last minute before the long weekend despite not being a patient at the vet and the receptionists were both so sweet and caring. Dr. Craig was knowledgeable and kind with my bird and gave me several options for care and helped provide me with the knowledge needed to make an informed decision. I opted for a few injections to help resolve my parrots egg binding, and within the hour of being home the stuck egg passed.
