Brought an injured Raven in I found on TransCanada 17 and they couldn't help because of the strict rules set out by the government on wild animals but gave me a contact of a Falconer in the Soo who took care of the bird and now the bird is fine. Thank you for caring and giving me that contact.
Dr Craig is always so kind and attentive to my sweet pup, he also doesn't beat around the bush for treatment and will help you figure out a treatment plan that works for your pet and your lifestyle! Only vet my dog isn't afraid of.
Called to get information regarding an animal and their receptionist is absolutely the worst type of person to ever speak to I would never recommend bringing your animals to this hospital as they do not care about animals or answering general questions if I could provide 0/5 stars I would I truly hope they take a look at who they have answering their phones and the way they speak to customers
