Thank you to Dr. Roberts, Kathy, Heather and the rest of the staff for taking care of my Finley today. I highly recommend this clinic. I've been taking my pets here for 18 years and have always had a very good experience with the doctors and staff. I wouldn't trust my babies to anyone else!
My experience was nothing short of wonderful. The staff was pleasant and instantly made my dog comfortable and the Doctor was very knowledgeable and caring! I am excited you are close to my home and will be making you my vet for all my future needs.
Dr. Roberts and all the staff have taken great care with our dogs. They give us the best options and follow through quickly and with utmost concern for our pets.
The entire staff is warm and welcoming. They have served our family well, and helped us say goodbye, last spring, to our sweet dog of 14 years with great compassion. We are now looking forward to bringing our new puppy there.
Dr. Roberts is super knowledgeable and really takes the time to listen and assess your concerns about your fur-baby. I took my dog in for a swollen foot and they were accommodating with a last minute appointment and attentive to my concerns. Everyone's vibe is cheerful and relaxed. Heather is an energetic office manager, she answers the phone with the best attitude even if the waiting room is full of barking dogs. I totally recommend Dr. Roberts and her staff for any of your fur babies!
We relocated to the area over a year ago, after having several not great experiences with other local practices, Dr Roberts was thankfully recommended to us. Dr Roberts and her staff are caring and accommodating for all of our requests! We have a new rescue who doesn't like strangers, she loves her Vet Tech Jamie, who has never been nervous with her and handles her with ease.
