RecommendedI’ve been taking my dogs to Dr Brian for a few years, and we’ve seen the other vets there as well. Everyone has been really great. We won’t take our dogs anywhere else.
Dr Pontinen and the front desk staff are SPECTACULAR!! Amazingly comforting in difficult situations and so patient!! Dr Pontinen has THE BEST “bed side manner” for all of my dogs!

i love my vet. he's been with my family since i was a teenager. he has been a partner through the lives of many of my best friends. he has been there when they had their first exams, and he has been there when they died. he never recommends things and procedures we don't need, and his rates are so reasonable. today, when i asked if i should buy a back-end sling to help Oreo up and down the stairs, he pulled out an old towel, wrapped it under orie's belly, and said, "don't bother. this will work fine!" :) <3
Caring Staff, well educated
Don’t bring your pets to northland animal hospital our cat got attacked by a fox he held him for 5 days gave him some antibiotics and sent him home the next day we brought him to critter care to find out his jaw was broken in two different spots he needed to have surgery got his jaw wired shut he had a very bad infection in his mouth overall costing us $2000.. then one of the staff members went in to our file got my girlfriends number and started texting her telling her it would be better and easier just to put him down when... read more
Great care for Remmy our germanshorthair today. she took a stick in the mouth and went thru her neck. Great job by the staff.
