This was supposed to be my first chiropractor appointment. I was scheduled for 10:30, and then they called to say they made a mistake and someone else was already scheduled for that time and they changed it to 2pm. Thankfully the person I had watching my children during my chiropractor appointment was ok with the change. I was supposed to arrive 15 minutes early, but I wasn't able to make it until 8-10 minutes before my appointment started. I see Josie Runyan for chiropractic care in Hayward, and I just want to give a shout out. I was in so much pain when I started seeing her. She helped me fix my neck curve, and most recently, she has helped me with erratic pain that really makes no sense. You can tell she is passionate about her job because she uses a variety of techniques that you don't normally hear about. She is so knowledgeable and kind and caring. Thank you for giving me hope.
Staff very friendly and Ashli is caring and professional yet human(if you know what I mean!) Definitely recommend.
