My brother went in for a tooth ache, but they had to remove his tooth. I heard my brother screaming and crying through the lobby along with one other client listening. The client said I hope my appointment doesn't go that bad. He came back in all tears and pain. My mom said it was the worst experience ever for any child. She said the female dentist didn't wait long enough for the numbing medicine to kick in. Our family will never go back there ever. Do not go there!!!!!! She has no experience. Dr. Katherine and all of her staff are amazing. I have had horrible dental experiences and horrible dental problems that caused extreme pain, throughout many years. The entire clinic has been so kind and gentle. Dr. Katherine is extremely competent, and I trust her completely.
I had a wonderful experience. I have a pain disorder and extremely fearful of going to the dentist. So I stopped going. They took the time to ask me questions and understood my needs to make me more comfortable. Very special people they should be very proud of themselves.
Honestly the BEST dentist experience I've had !!! Dr. Katherine and her entire staff are spectacular!! My co-worker has the exact same opinion and experience.
