Im very pleased with the urgent care provided by the staff at this clinic. Highly skilled, professional as well as compassionate medical staff. The facility is very clean and the wait time is minimal compared to hospital ER departments.
Unprofessional, Unsanitary, and Unqualified Staff – Avoid This Facility. I visited Northlake Urgent Care for a rib injury and left due to severe concerns regarding facility cleanliness, staff qualifications, and patient safety. Shared Space: The clinic is located in a run-down former drive-thru bank, sharing space with an auto emissions testing business. DO NOT COME HERE. I don’t care how sick you are. Find another spot. The receptionist verbally accosted me. I simply asked her how long the wait was and she rolled her eyes at me. So I said she didn’t need to be rude and she totally went off on me. I told her she must be having a bad day and she shouldn’t work in healthcare. She yelled at me repeatedly. They sell your information to a company in India (at a call center the lady said) and say they are with SnapCare calling on behalf of Dr. Walker. They harass you with phone calls even when told to remove your information. They have called other family members who have been to this location. They now have all your information which we did not agree to have shared!!! Who knows who has the information now. So frustrating!!!!!!
