I called to have a leak fixed in a roof that had tree damage. Very nice people on the phone and scheduled the appointment. However, they did not show up or even give a courtesy call to reschedule. I called 3 times, and each time they scheduled a repair date. No show, no call. In the meantime, all of the contents are getting ruined. Not a very nice way to do business. Shame on you.

We have a small business with several buildings and our home on our property. We first used Northlake when the original contractor took shortcuts on our building's roof. Northlake's owner, Cecil came in with his crew and fixed all of the problems. Northlake Roofing has always provided courteous, prompt, dependable service. No job is ever too small. I highly recommend Northlake Roofers. 2 thumbs up.

These guys did a quality re-roofing job for me at an excellent price. I was also impressed that they did several additional items without even charging me for them to make sure the job was done right. The people were friendly and professional.
