They scammed me Bought 300 bells from this company ,payed 1400 for all 300 .The bells are dirty ,Full of sticks and Twigs & acorns ,I reached out and had them refund me for the bells that were left I should’ve been fully reimbursed ,I highly recommend going somewhere else for clean fresh bells ,and also the owner told me if I didn’t remove my first review they wouldn’t refund me ,I’m putting the review back to make you guys aware!
Called twice to place an order. Left a clear message both times. Never called me back. I live inside 285 within 2 miles of Northlake, so I’m sure I live within the delivery zone.
Like another reviewer had stated, the bales were loose. Several of the bales were just unbound piles of straw. Otherwise, lead time for delivery was fast and pricing is decent.
Moldy, many sticks and 3 bales had no string scattered everywhere.
