Outstanding service and communication. The lady who took my order was very helpful in helping me to order the right amount. They got me scheduled for my delivery and installation within 2 days of my call. They communicted the window in which the team would show up, and showed up right in time. The driver was both professional and courteous. He and I talked quite a bit about him being from St. Thomas...great guy! I was scheduled to have a small install done at my home. On the date of the appointment, I was told that their truck had brake issues so therefore, they could not keep the appointment. I was rescheduled to the following week between 2-4pm. The time came and went and no one showed up. No one communicated anything to me about the appointment being changed. Very pleased with the level of service. They were able to accommodate delivery of my order of 25 bails within 2 days of being placed and performance was exactly as promised. The pinestraw was of much better quality than what I’ve gotten from the big box stores and at a very reasonable price as well. Will continue to use Northlake Pinestraw going forward.
