NEVER take your pet to get euthanized here. It was the most traumatizing experience for me and my poor sweet 17 year old girl. My dog was having a huge panic attack after they put the catheter in her arm and I was told she would be sedated before, but this was not the case. And instead, my baby died in my arms fighting for her life as they injected the euthanisa medication WITHOUT sedating before. North Lake Pet Hospital has been absolutely wonderful. While I was on vacation, my dog’s health declined very quickly and our pet sitter had to bring her in. Dr. Nejtek cared for her and guided me through the entire process, even from afar. Unfortunately, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put her down. I brought my dog in for a cherry eye surgical procedure and had the most phenomenal experience with Dr. Blake Rochell and the Northlake Pet Hospital team! They were all so thorough with pre and post-care instructions. The pricing was straightforward from the very beginning. They truly care for every animal that comes in.

The front staff are super rude today. I cannot say everyone but the associate who checked us in for our tech appointment associate especially is very cold and i personally felt very rushed. They did not even greet my Dog nor tried to calm him down before giving the vaccine dose. I was super shocked to see a facility dedicated to dogs/animal health would treat pets like wild animals.
