North Lake Pet Hospital has been absolutely wonderful. While I was on vacation, my dog’s health declined very quickly and our pet sitter had to bring her in. Dr. Nestek cared for her and guided me through the entire process, even from afar. Unfortunately, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put her down. The front staff are super rude today. I cannot say everyone but the associate who checked us in for our tech appointment associate especially is very cold and i personally felt very rushed. They did not even greet my Dog nor tried to calm him down before giving the vaccine dose. I was super shocked to see a facility dedicated to dogs/animal health would treat pets like wild animals. By far the best veterinary practice I ever took my animals to. We started with them about seven years ago, at that time our two dogs were teenagers. Both received excellent care through end of life. Can’t say enough good things about Northlake Vet Hospital! I highly recommend their practice to anyone who loves their animals.
