Reception has been super kind to me but I’m not a fan of the techs that take the dogs to the back room. They act like they don’t care and are very rude. I’ve been taking my dog for allergy shots which never seemed to be working. Went to another vet that did testing and found out my dog didn’t even need shots but another treatment which ended up working. This location was convenient cause it’s closer to me but it doesn’t seem like they care about the level of their service
Wow! I brought my dachshund in as a new patient with back problems about 15min before his scheduled appointment and they had a tech waiting for me in the lobby, had me in a room immediately, exam was quick and Dr was very helpful and knowledgeable, and I was out before my scheduled appointment even started! Amazing service, friendly staff, and great Dr! I will be recommending to everyone!
Our family has been going to Dr. Blake Rochell, and his excellent staff, since August of 2021, when we moved to Argyle. We had 3 older dogs and 5 feral cats. The service and costs have been fantastic, and they always try to work us in when an emergency arises. We have had two of our dogs pass away, and Dr. Rochell has been very caring. In fact, this week we had to put to sleep our 15 year old dog that had a quick form of cancer that only gave us about one day to say good bye. This place is amazing, we had to bring out 11 year old German shepherd in for a ruptured disc and we needed up having to euthanize her. Dr Blake and his staff were so helpful and supportive through the entire process. Fast forward 1 week, we had to bring our puppy in because she ate something with string and had to have it removed. Dr Rice was able to do so without surgery and took great care of her! I HIGHLY recommend this animal hospital, they got us in quickly and always made us feel like a priority!
