This place is amazing the office offers top tier customer service and the maintenance staff is excellent highly recommended to move into our community 🙏
The apartment complex itself is beautiful so is the area at least what I could get from being on the outside I was not allowed to tour the leasing office could definitely use some work or new employees. Edina Berrios is one of the rudest leasing agents I’ve dealt with and if you don’t like your job, you need to find a new one if you haven’t noticed you work in hospitality!! I have lived for years in Northlake Park Apartments and the community is safe, everyone is very friendly with you and the staffs are very awesome with you! I will recommend people to stay in Northlake Park!
WHEN IT COMES TO ANY FIXER ISSUES YOU ARE HAVING WITH YOUR UNIT YOU WILL WAIT MONTHS FOR THEM TO HANDLE ANY SITUATION YOU ARE HAVING THE MAINTENANCE CREW IS HORRIBLE THEY DONT NO ANYTHING AND THERE FAVORITE LINE IS I GOT TO CHECK AND NEVER RETURN WITH ANY UPDATES IM TIRED OF CHASING THEM DOWN BUT OH YEA THEY WILL KICK YOU OUT THE NEXT DAY IF U ARE LATE ON YOUR RENT MORE THAN A HR IT HAPPEN TO MY NEIGHBORS SMH THERES MORE AND BETTER HOMES OUT THERE FOR THE PRICE THEY ARE CHARGING FOR THESE CHEAP BUILT HOMES ! Staff in the office never answers the phone. I have spoken to nothing but the answering service and staff doesnt even haven't the decency to call back
