All I can say is wow…just…wow. I never thought I would ever find myself in a situation where I would have to find the right facility for my loved one. I’ve only ever heard bad rumors about senior living, especially memory care. But not this place. First off what caught me off guard was the atmosphere and environment. It was nothing like I expected. I just want to take a moment and say how wonderful the staff at the Northlake house are! I have a love one who is there and during this trying time in our life we know our beloved family members is great hands 🫶
My family and I can’t say enough good things about this nursing home! The staff truly go above and beyond for their residents — they’re kind and make everyone feel like family. The building is always clean and welcoming, and there are so many activities that keep residents happy and engaged. Knowing my loved one is cared for so well gives me so much peace of mind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that feels like home!
I have been in the senior industry for a long time, and only recommend people I know that have a huge heart for serving our seniors.
