Our experience at Northlake House was short, but very, very positive ! We reserved a room for my dad 6 weeks in advance of his target for leaving long term rehab, after he was hit by a car. Dad was 92 with keen cognition before the accident. He came out of 5 weeks in ICU with severe delerium/sundowner syndrome. Highly recommend Northlake house they have taken excellent care of our family member and have embraced him in this life transition. The nurses, activity coordinator and other employees are very welcoming and care a great deal about the well being of their residents. Very thankful for the kind and dedicated staff.

Our family has had a wonderful experience with Northlake House. My husband, who has Alzheimer’s, has been living there, and the care and compassion shown by the staff have been truly incredible. Northlake House has been an absolute blessing for our family. Watching a parent go through early onset Alzheimer’s is incredibly difficult, but from the moment my dad moved in, the staff has treated him with so much compassion, dignity, patience, and genuine love. We chose Northlake House for my father after he suffered a mild stroke and began dealing with dementia, largely because of its close proximity to our home and the fact that it was initially more affordable than other nearby memory care facilities. In the beginning, our experience was positive. The staff emphasized their activities program, activity director, and the ways they would help keep residents engaged, active, and socially involved.
