We have absolutely loved our experience with Northlake Dentistry! My kids have been going there for the past few months, and everyone has been so wonderful. I waited way too long to visit the dentist after moving from out of state because I was nervous about finding a new one. Now I’m honestly sorry I waited so long because I had cavities that needed to be filled. But more than that, if I had known what a pleasant experience I was going to have here, I would have gone YEARS ago! This is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. I had the worst teeth-cleaning experience at Northlake Dentistry today. Unfortunately, the dental hygienist was not careful during the cleaning and repeatedly poked my tongue and the inside of my left cheek. The most concerning part was that after I got home, the lymph nodes near my jaw and under my ear became swollen and painful. I had to use warm compresses and take Advil to manage the discomfort. Greeted by two smiling welcoming young ladies. Very efficient and kind. X-ray attendant equally friendly, kind and efficient. Dr. Nguyen reviewed my x-ray and tooth and provided a treatment plan. He was kind, professional and explained the next steps. Returning for repairs. All provided on-time. Office is clean and organized.
