I would like to give a shot out to Miss Tonyetta, (Miss “T”). Manager. I decided to go by and visit the property a few days ago after I had reached out several times through phone calls w/left voice messages. When I got there, no one was in the office so I waited for a minute for someone to return. Ms. Tonyetta is exceptional and she is good at responding in a timely manner and will help in anyway she can .. I’m thankful to have her as My leasing Manager
So we came up on our 1 year anniversary and wanted to leave a review. Building is located in great area steps from Northlake Mall and close to major highway. The on-site management team Tonyetta and Billy, maintenance, are always available and handle things quick and effectively. She follows great business protocols and certifications with no problem. They make it a pleasure for new apartment dwellers.
I moved into Northlake Apts in April 2025 and completed a one year lease there. My experience was a great one! Tonyetta, the Office Manager, who helped me is very nice and professional, she made sure everything was move-in ready and moving out was even easier. Their Maintenance person, if needed, was always prompt in a timely matter. I had a wonderful experience there and they gave me help and info when needed, very satisfied. Thank you so much Northlake Centre Apts!! I would highly recommend to any new residents.
I would like to say that Tonyetta Jordan Has been so helpful in the process of helping me with my paperwork seeing that everything is correct in order for me to get an apartment. She responds quickly by the email as well as over the phone keep up the good work thank you for helping me. Stay blessed.
