I do not recommend!! Go only if you need something like changing your tire or an oil change, but I do not recommend anything more in-depth. I took my car to get the engine light and battery fixed. They charged me almost $300👉🏻 (“I wish I could get them back”). The lights went out and I got home when I turned it back on the lights came back on, so I assume they just took them out. If all auto repair experiences were like this, the industry would not have the stigma it has. 25-year-old Land Cruiser got a new timing belt, water pump, and thermostat. Diagnosis was quick, communication was thorough, I got a detailed quote before they did any work, and my out the door price and completion date were exactly what was promised. Easy.
Northlake Automotive saved me this morning. I blew out a tire, they found my spare I didn’t know I had, fixed me up and had me on the road in no time. So nice and helpful, highly recommend them if you need anything.
I called only 10 minutes ahead of time and asked if they could take a look at an easy issue I had. They took a look and just fixed the under carriage of my car and didn’t even charge for it. Thank you for your quickness and for doing that for me. I am leaving this review so I remember where to come back to, as I will certainly be back soon to replace 2 tires. Thanks again
