I have been in the autobody repair business for 40 years, I have seen a lot of salvage yards, local and out of state. My shop is in a small farm community , I cringe when I have to go to a big city to by parts. Today I packed a gun in my truck and headed to Hammond In. To my surprise, N.A.R. the neatest yard I have ever been to, the people there were polite and professional. the bumper I picked up was nice as described. I was very impressed, and didn't need a gun. Northlake is an absolute pleasure to do business with. I had the opportunity to work with a wonderful person by the name of Deb to get the part that I had been searching high and low for. Great Customer Service – Came across NAR via car-part, and out of the five dealers I emailed, NAR was the only company to respond to my query, within the hour. Deb was very courteous, prompt, and helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing a transmission, even going the extra mile to ensure that the trans would be shipped to somewhere other than my residence. Best Resale Recycler in the Region!! – Marty and his guys go out of their way to help customers like me who come in looking for a reasonably priced, recycled part. With times being the way they are and auto parts not getting any cheaper Marty's business is great for the average Joe who can't fork out a million dollars to get the part they need. I Love This Place The parts are such a good quality. – The people who work here have been the nicest and very helpful with everything I needed help with. You can always find parts you need and answers to your questions. I have got at least two fenders and a door here. So if you want good parts that you need to go to Northlake.
