I moved here in 2015 n it was Beautiful! It has Gone Down to yuck !! Lake is drying up, No walking trail, trash being thrown everywhere, disgusting!! We have New Management n still No manager, not sure how much worse it could get, so disappointing how its gone down.,
I am not sure about this, but I was told there are.only two in the office because they want a bonus. I wish I could know if that is true. Because the residents suffer so they get a bonus. I have never had a rent check held till the 21st of the month. I have been here fifteen years. This new management company, and staff have upset my whole month because it isn't posted . I've got to say I have seen many places that were subsidized affordable living for seniors, but most I've seen other than Church homes Association Northlake is by far one of the cleanest I have ever seen, it's been well kept up and kept clean, most places you see like this are nothing but tyranny on it's Patriots, because of the filth, crackheads another drug dealers allowed to live in these establishments along with seniors. UPDATE: This morning, 5/25/22, Jessie called me from Northlake Apartments. Thank you so much Jessie for calling me back. My most worry was that I sent the application by certified mail, due to COVID & office stipulations (all understandably) & it getting in the wrong hands being it had personal information. Thank you again Jessie, Northlake is really a model of apartments & do not understand why there are not more apartments modeled after Northlake.
