UPDATE: This morning, 5/25/22, Jessie called me from Northlake Apartments. Thank you so much Jessie for calling me back. My most worry was that I sent the application by certified mail, due to COVID & office stipulations (all understandably) & it getting in the wrong hands being it had personal information. Thank you again Jessie, Northlake is really a model of apartments & do not understand why there are not more apartments modeled after Northlake. I do not live here, however, really trying to get my disabled brother on the list, he just needs an efficiency. It would be great if one could get notification via email/phone/text that applications are being excepted & one could electronically do the application online & the qualified applicant could be put on the waiting list. When I am in the area, I generally stop by & check if applications are being excepted & its always clean, the staff is always helpful & its a peaceful atmosphere, which the elderly & disabled not onl... read more
I Bedroom Apartment Approval
Yes. 5 years ago was much better. I have photos AND videos of just how much this place has gone WAY down hill. Resident care. ( Understand. This is a non assisted community.) But. Home care is on the office. No. Grounds care. No.left branches on the grounds for almost a year. Ground crew doesn't pick anything up. Tree branches left very dangerous for residents. Shotty at best. Now their phone lines are "" down"" . Only messages if getting back to a call. And are never returned. I USED TO recommend this place. Not ever again.... read more
