I have lived here for a year now and am super happy that I managed to find an apartment in this complex! The prices are affordable for the area, the property manager Sharon has been always helpful, and it is generally a quiet family complex. The pool is cleaned once a week, and gardeners maintain the property once a week. (usually late morning versus obscenely early hours) We've had water shut offs for repairs only twice during my entire year here (Not often compared to many other apartments).
