I have been coming for 2 years for GPT and NFN app workout, and seen huge progress on my strength, physics and how I balance between food, fitness and lifestyle. Regardless if you are a newbie to fitness, moderate-level or experienced, this is the place full of awesome and knowledge people to help you grow and grow with you!
