What is the truth about this place? $1,500/month? for a single? What if we do not golf? Or Swim, or have dogs? Or do not want to pay for a parking spot. Heard it was added and non-negosh. Is the Property Security as bad as posted? Including our mail? We got referred, however, we don't need trees and 2 pools. Seems to be the only factor for the $1500/rent. What is up with this place? This place is a nightmare to live in. Police are constantly here, management company nickel and diming people for things a normal apartment includes. NOW, TODAY, I wake up to find over 100 mail boxes broken into. NO SECUTIRY HERE AT ALL. One of the worst places I have lived in my 59 years in Oregon. They will increases costs while lowering the safety and quality of life. They are an absolute disgrace. They only cause problems here, they don't solve them.
