I would give no stars if possible. I needed a new furnace and air conditioner. I got quotes from five different places. Northglenn heating and air came in 7K higher than anyone else. They attempted to over sell me on a larger unit than my house needed. When I explained it to their tech, he lied and mad stuff up. I would never give this company a dime. They are more cooked than a politician.
Dillon came out after hours was prompt and polite and able to explain the issues to me. Dillon proposed a couple of things and once we decided he came through as promised. Right on time and on the money. Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
Dillon was amazing. He was extremely thorough in his work and explained everything very well. He My parents were not able to be home for this so I came over and he made sure to leave very detailed notes with what all he did, what he found, and what he recommends moving forward for me to pass on to them. Dillon was clearly very knowledgeable; he came to fix one problem the other night and recommended doing an inspection when he came back to finish and sure enough he found 2 gas leaks. Was having trouble with my furnace. Dillon came out & some repairs were needed. One issue could not be resolved & I decided to get a new furnace due to its age & how much it would cost to fix the last of the issues. He did a great job installing furnace & now have a furnace with a 10 year warranty again.
I've been doing business with this company for about 10 years., using their Service Agreement. They (usually Omar) kept my original furnace and AC running at tip top condition. Then when it came time to replace my system, Aaron came and checked the air flow and all that, made recommendations. They installed my new heating and cooling system in two days, which included another return, and some duct work. Now, my home stayed nice a warm in the winter, and cool in the simmer.
