I am so grateful to have Northglenn Heating in my back pocket. My water heater went out and we did not discover it until morning - Customer service was awesome and very sympathetic. Aaron was at my house by mid morning, quickly diagnosed my issue and had my water heater replaced by the afternoon. I will always use them for maintenance and emergencies!
So thankful to the technicians at Northglenn Heating and AC they were so wonderful, patient and kind to my elderly mother as they repaired her air conditioner. Called lots of other places but Northglenn AC was the fastest and competitive in their pricing. Thank you again!
I would give no stars if possible. I needed a new furnace and air conditioner. I got quotes from five different places. Northglenn heating and air came in 7K higher than anyone else. They attempted to over sell me on a larger unit than my house needed. When I explained it to their tech, he lied and mad stuff up. I would never give this company a dime. They are more cooked than a politician.
Dillon came out after hours was prompt and polite and able to explain the issues to me. Dillon proposed a couple of things and once we decided he came through as promised. Right on time and on the money. Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
