It had been an embarrassingly long time since I had gotten my eyes examined, and I couldn’t have picked a better place to go! I was recommended by a friend who has been a patient for awhile - and I absolutely understand why! The staff were so kind and helpful, and answered all my questions about the new equipment they were utilizing, and Dr. Smith was great at explaining my exact issues and ways to resolve them! I haven’t been to the eye doctor in I can’t even tell you how long. I was super nervous until I got there and was greeted by the amazing staff they have. They were super friendly and talk and walk me through every process. Will definitely be keeping up with my eye checkups more often now that I’ve found this place. Would recommend to anyone!
Decent quality care however they are open 9:30-5 AND closed from 1-2pm. When are employed people supposed to come in? An entire hour in the middle of an already short day not advertised online? Cannot in good faith give more than 3 stars. As it shows a lack of genuine care for their patients.
