Good quality for the price I lived here for 8 months, and never had a problem. Management was helpful, and nice. The apartments are not big, but you can only expect so much from a one bedroom apt. The outside looks like a ghetto, but in all reality, the neighbors are nice, and keep to themselves for the most part. It is a family community, but you can also have your occasional parties.
