Do not Rent The Party Building From Them THEY WILL NEVER GIVE YOU YOUR DEPOSITE BACK THEY WILL LIE AND SAY YU WILL GET IT BACK AND YOU DONT ! Definitely got somebody to investigate on them bc they taken people money and keeping it !!!!

The don't have a maintenance team cause they are never here i just moved in May 2 its June 8, I have closet dooprs,.no drawers in my kitchen,no blinds in my bedroom my bedroom door don't shut, my Ac went out today 84 degree in my apartment, no number to call for help, my bedroom don't shut, I have 2 kids here and we are hot, I called the office no response, my apartment had a mattress in one of my bedroom, and my carpet in apartment was. Not clean before I moved, but they got there rent sad!!
0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I have been out of this apartment for 7 months . I left this complex in June gave a 30 DAY NOTICE and left 30 days after . It took me 3 weeks to get in contact with someone to turn my keys in and they still proceed to charge me for June and July rent thinking I would not find out .
Management is upright disrespectful, they refuse to fix anything that’s wrong with the apartments, constant theft on a daily, plumbing issues, power issues, maintenance team doesn’t do anything unless you tell them your not paying rent tell they’ve fixed the problems, nothing is modernized, it’s even gotten as bad as the management team has stollen money from residents then disappear for weeks at a time claiming “Covid” I don’t recommend living here at all it’s not worth the dehumanizing living status
