I’ve had a good experience living here. The maintenance team is responsive and helpful whenever an issue comes up, and the overall service has been good. I appreciate their efforts in keeping the property well maintained.
I was excited to gain an apartment in This complex. That was changed during the process. I told them I was on a very tight deadline due to me selling my home. Long story short, after providing TWELVE pay stubs, FOUR years of w2s, my bosses direct number, and a verification letter from my job, they still “couldn’t verify my employment”. Not to mention the attitude I got from the “manager” when I went in the AM to discuss it further. This place is WEIRD and kind of sketchy for this.
Ms. Jessica was incredibly amazing to work with during my application process! She was extremely professional, detailed and generous with her time because I came to her several times with questions and she was very helpful and supportive with information I needed and that made the process easy. Overall Northgate Village is quiet, clean and am enjoying the amenities especially the new laundry machines. The apartment manager and maintenance team are doing a great job!!!
