Everyone that works in the leasing office is a sweetheart! AND it was a fast process of getting approved! Shout out Mrs. Jessica :))
Just moved in today! Management is courteous respectful and approachable. Such a breath of fresh air compared to where I was in NYC. I would recommend Northgate Village to anyone looking for an apartment here in Burlington. Ask for Jessica, the property manager. She is awesome and her energy is unmatched!
Very nice apartments
Hi. My family and I are tenants at Northgate Village and been here for 7 years. The maintenance staff are good. I really appreciate the office manager here now Ms Jessica. She is very helpful. Anytime we need anything she's right on it... I also try to make sure we're good tenants as well cause that plays a part...... Thanks so much Ms Jessica
