At first, I wasn't too interested because of the negative comments about the management, but once I joined, it was the opposite. Whenever there's a problem, you make a request, and they respond quickly. My wife and I don't want to abuse the system by making a request every time. Sometimes there are small things we do without calling them. I recommend everyone to come and be part of this community. Good work, guys!
My fiancé and I moved in back in March and everyone on staff has been so incredible and accommodating! Every maintenance issue is quickly attended to and resolved. The ladies in the office (Especially Kyrie) go above and beyond for us residents! I'm very happy we chose Northgate as our first place together! I'm blessed with lovely neighbors and everyone else I've met in the complex have been super kind! :)
These aging units are filthy. I've had German roaches, oriental roaches, silverfish, centipedes, spiders, and attic squirrels. Rainwater leaked in through the walls during my entire 2-year stay. All of my belongings now smell like cigarette smoke from my neighbors below. Odors migrate from the connecting bathroom vents. Cheap windows did not seal properly. Cheap AC units were very loud. I’ve been here 11 months and I have no complaints at all. The women in the office are great, the maintenance team is great. You get a rapid response from them no matter the situation. Everyone is super helpful and as long as you keep an opened communication with them for any problems you have going on they will listen and do everything in their power to work with you! I plan on staying here until I buy a house!
