If I owned a building I wouldn't rent out apartments that require repairs and ongoing pest control. I certainly wouldn't raise the rent in between on tenants without clearing the apartment first of repairs and pests. Nobody should have to wait months for repairs and once you move into a bug infested apartment you suffer they don't.
Excellent superintendents; well-maintained building geared to seniors.
