I would not recommend anyone to moving here. I have been treated badly and they are really racist and discriminative against you and your age. Warning they will legally fraud you an steal your rent money here. The maintenance is really bad here. The Landlord is rude.

Went there today to inquire about renting a unit for my step-son. I was told they don't rent to first time renters, not because of making the payments or not, but because of the 'trouble' young renters supposedly bring to the complex. This sounds a lot like age discrimination to me, which I believe is illegal.
