The Northgate Terrace Apartments are okay. Kinda pricey but it is in a pretty decent location. I lived there for almost six years and my apartment unit flooded THREE TIMES!! Being that I didnt have renters insurance, I was basically told "too bad, so sad" when all of my stuff was ruined by water damage!! When I moved out, I tried to turn in my keys, on a Wednesday. I love living hear at northgate and I was reading some bad reviews like about them never taking care of problems TRUST me its so not true when I put a work order in it get taken care of righ away and the manager is great the maintance people everyone my neighbors so if your are still getting charged for something since you moved out I can imagine how you left the place because my friend just recently moved out and they only took out \$80 for the carpet. I Just recently moved out of these apartments and I am still having so many problems with the managment there. The apartment was infested with black mold and I asked the manager on several occasions to please fix it and it never got fixed.Even after I explained my children where having a lot of health issues the manager still never sent anyone to fix it. I would not recommend this Northgate Terrace Apartments to anyone.
