My wife and I have had a very disappointing time with the owners of Northgate RV. We had purchased 1 almost new and another brand-new Montanna 5th wheels a few years back. The old owners were great and service was too. However, we sold out our RV's a while back, but decided to buy a small RV for fast easy weekend camping. I must say I had a terrible experience with North Gate RV. I dropped my trailer off after a 7 week wait. They kept my trailer for 13 weeks! I needed the 2 door windows fixed from the failed window adhesive allowing window to slide down 1 inch, adjust the awning not nesting right, and put a handle on the black tank gate valve. They charged $82 in labor to put on a $9 handle that requires 1 screw! They detached and reset the windows cracking the outside piece and caulked it doing a terrible job. We just purchased a Grand Design Imagine XLS 22MLE from Northgate RV Center. We worked with Emily and she was fantastic in ordering the trailer for us. We picked up the trailer this weekend and we couldn't be more pleased with the treatment we received from everyone at Northgate. We had an issue in hooking up the trailer to our SUV because of a spare tire on the back of the vehicle. Mikey did his homework and worked miracles in coming up with a solution.
