I think this location needs to be investigated. Their intake process after a referral from the county is abhorrent. They push the intake back and delay the consultation and force a deadline lapse to drop you. What kind of community program operates this way for those experiencing medical issues? I don't think a company operating this way is compliance with the funding they are receiving from the public.
Quality of services have gone down since the Pandemic. They legit told me I don't qualify for certain level of services and I was rudely hung up on by someone named Julio. Even member services was no help and never returned my call. This place lacks professionalism and knowledge of how to treat people in need of help during a crisis. My case manager even said I'm doing well!
