I also had a crack head that lived below me that yelled and screamed at her kids every time she needed her drugs. Smh, but stayed complaining about my 2 year old whom was 1 at the time about hearing him. My thing is if you don't want to here noise then move out of an apt. Get you a house. If you are over 30 you need a home for your kids. Ijs.
