RecommendedI greatly appreciate Dr. Frank's caring attitude toward suffering pets and that he explains everything about the disease and the cure so that the pet owner fully understands what is going on with the pet. When my cat "Tip" became gravely ill with renal failure Dr. Frank far above and above exceeded the basic vet care and he tried everything in his power to save Tip.
northgatepethosplital has been here for me since 1991. I genuinely feel they do what is best for us as the owner, will always provide options and make time for me and my pets.. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me. vanessa is awesome and will make sure everything is ready, or completed. Dr. Frank is so patient with me and my questions, goes above and beyond.
I would recommend Dr Frank to you. Very caring explains it very throughly long the way. He is honest and tries to do just what’s needed and not a lot of unnecessary expenses. There was a time or two I was disappointed. Vanessa back �� Thank you Dr Frank.

Vanessa is back. Sadly she took alot of time off in 2017 for maternity leave then again visiting her family in Australia. She has been back for a couple of weeks now and getting things back on track
No comparison. Unprecedented level of clarity and helpfulness. It's easy to see why Dr. Frank is highly recommended. Where other vets "take care of the problem", Frank makes sure you understand the problem and understand how the fix happens. No vet quite like it.
this place is ok if you have money but if your in a bad spot you cant depend on these people to give a crap about you or your loved pets. DO NOT RELY ON THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING !!!!!!!! YOU GET BETTER CUSTOMER CARE AND PET CARE FROM PETCO OR PETSMART JUST FIND ANYONE ELSE TO CARE FOR YOUR BABIES
We had to have Dr Frank put our 17 year old kitty cat Blossom to sleep yesterday. Dr Frank was very caring and supportive of us during a difficult time. Thank you Dr Frank. We have been coming to this clinic since his Dad was in charge. . Frank and Rosemary
